The Platinum Groove is high-energy variety dance band. Based around a tight nucleus of professional talented musicians. Each Platinum Groove member has been hand picked and chosen after numerous interviews and live auditions to assure that they fit their role they will play in the group. All performances implement a non stop blend of many musical styles and choreographed dance routines into each set. The Platinum Groove Members have toured with and performed on stage with many national acts over the years. The group incorporates a customize mix of material choosing from Motown, Top 40, Disco, Current Dance, Swing, Big Band, Latin Pop, Cocktail Jazz Standards, R&B and Oldies. The Platinum Groove Performers are experienced in knowing how to professionally MC, read and work diverse types of events . The lead vocalists, both male and female, are amazing. They can ignite the dance floor with a high-energy song or instantaneously switch gears and croon a mellow standard. Dancing and audience interaction is achieved by instinctively choosing from the vast array of tried and true hit songs from the most popular genres of music past to present. In summary, The Platinum Groove’s distinct sound, consistent members, and great showmanship have earned them positive recommendations from many of the leading event planners and five star hotels in the region. These events have included numerous high profile award ceremonies, wrap & corporate parties, weddings, and events across the nation.
